Outlet vs Retail Codes: Why the Same Brand Needs Two Different Coupons

A brand's outlet site is a distinct store: different stock, deeper baseline markdowns, and a separate coupon policy. Retail codes rarely validate at the outlet and vice versa — the checkout validates against the inventory domain, not the brand.

The outlet advantage is the baseline: last-season goods start 30 to 50 percent down, and outlet-exclusive codes stack on that. The retail advantage is the assortment: current-season items accept the stronger public codes and seasonal promotions.

This directory lists outlet and retail codes on the brand's store page with the destination named in each offer, so checking which half of the brand you are buying from is part of the code choice, not a surprise at checkout.
